Who wants to ...

... play smallballs?

Not me, but Chris, it seems. For now, we are on smallballs holidays.
That means Chris gets up in the morning and turns up the volume of the
TV, which is running non stop. Then she follows the flying smallballs.
She says the best matches are the late ones, because the morning action
is to onesided.
She is thinking of trying to play rattling smallballs called blind
tennis. I think that's silly and not needed in this life of mine, unless
the rattling smallballs can be chased with flying tail and floppy ears.
However, Chris has indicated that that won't be the purpose of her -
note her - trying to play. Boooooring!


... go to Quito country?

Me, me, me, because the country is named after me!. What, Chris is
laughing and calling me egocentric? What, the country has existed long
before even Chris has? Or even Micki?
Nonsense I say, because I have only known about Quito country when I met
Chris, who explained to me that the Quito city is the reason why I am
called Quito.
Okay then, Quito country is slightly older than me - but not much I insist!
Anyhow, Chris is giving the Quito country a few more thoughts,
encouraged by friend Ilka. I fear they'll be up to no good, because Ilka
always has strange ideas, fun ideas, too, so I believe going there, if
and whenever we do, will be fun.
I do demand, however, that people will be friendly and play and run and
romp with me, that there will be a place to swim, that I get tons of
food and play and a few good naps, too. And it must not be too warm!


... bake tons of cake?

I don't, but Chris says it is great fun, and she will do so for Micki's
huge birthday party. She is thinking of rewarding her intended effort
with a new tech toy - an advanced kitchen machine.
I would gladly agree to taste all of the cakes, because they smell so
yummy! And I strongly encourage Chris to bake a Quito cake for my own
birthday. Good, she smiles and says I will be turning five soon - isn't
that worth as huge a birthday party as Micki's 75th birthday?
"I'm afraid not", she says, killjoy Chris, and I am afraid I will end up
not receiving any cakes, except I catch Chris in one of her jolly or
weak moments.

I'd better go sleep, dream of friendly peple in Quito country, happily
running after smallballs, swimming in the river and eating tons of human
food,
