On the run with Sophia

Well, the next week was fairly quiet, not much happened. Only at the weekend the doorbell rang and Sophia came upstairs. She stayed with us for a while. That day we did not do much. We went into the supermarket and bought human food, and then Sophia said she wanted to relax.
The next day was Sunday, and again we went to the beach. This time I decided that I did not want to go into the water, so Sophia took my leash and I walked on her side of the team, because Chris thought it was fun to walk through the water with her feet. Really strange why a human should love that, but she does. It was a really tough decision not to walk beside Chris. The ladies had food at a restaurant where Sophia had an entire fish, without the fishbones that is, and Chris hadfish, too. then we walked in and out of stores, where Chris bought a few things, and then we went back. I really liked the day outside, and Chris says it was one of the last hot summer days for sure.
The following day Sophia left before us. She drove to the not too far away city of Stralsund, while Chris and I went to work. We met Sophia when we were back at home. She said the city was nice and she also explored an old sailing boat
Then Chris and I had a day off, so we relaxed in the morning and met sister Suse and the tiny dog and mom for breakfast at IKEA. In the afternoon we went to the city, where Chris relieved her account of some weight by buying shoes. We had walked in and out of shoe shops until Sophia had an idea, found a shop and that was the perfect hit. Then the humans had food, and then we went home. I guess all the three of us were quite tired.
When Chris woke up the next morning, Sophia was already up. So they had breakfast together, and then they said goodbye, and Chris and I went to work. Sophia waited until Suse had come to pick up a few things, and then apparently she left, for when we returned home, nobody was there.
From then on things were quiet again, except that Chris caught cold and daniel showed us the route to the drugstore. The cold is gone, and the next adventure wasn't far away.
By the way, Sophia had seen the Music Man before she came to stay with us, and she told that he had sun Chris' favourite song in the show, the one where he asks her to carry him. Honestly, I have never seen Chris carry a grown up man, boys sure, and me of course, but no men. Maybe if the music man met Chris she would carry him, if he still wanted.
Cheers, Hapoo.
