Oh dear, oh dear oh dear!

Hello ... hello?

Anybody here?

Even if not - i can't be mad at you ...

it's just been too long since I last raised my paws to punch the keys!

But so much has happened ...

it's Chris' fault! She has suffered a kind of a sleeping disease or
disorder, computer using denial of some kind, and when using, lack of
readiness to share.

Quite honestly, I don't think I will manage to tell you of all the
events that have happened, so I will just throw in a few bits and
keywords to give you an idea.

The issue with the tree:
That half tree was finally put into Micki's livingroom. The soft shoe
was removed the next morning, not during the night, so Chris could make
sure I wasn't licking my paw. I wasn't, and everything was fine with the
toe. Then the same afternoon Chris and I went by train to Micki's home.
The niece Lena greeted us at the train station, and we walked home,
where Micki and the sister and the tiny dog were waiting.
The next day they prepared lots of food, and I received a duck foot to
eat - really delicious. In the afternoon Lena and the sister
disappeared, later Lena and Micki left. They said they went to church,
but Chris didn't feel like it, so she stayed and chatted with Micki and
Suse instead. We spent the night in the livingroom, the half tree
enriched with non-edible items and little fires called candles, and the
humans distributed many packages with items among them.
The next two mornings the sister took me to play with the wonderful
Elisa, and every time I returned muddy top of the head to tip of the toe.

After a few days Micki came to visit me again. She arrived and settled
in, and then another friend arrived, whom we hadn't seen for ages. She
is the one who lives in Spain. And she was really surprised to find
Micki waiting in the dark kitchen, for Chris hadn't informed her that
Micki was here, too. And then they prepared food, distributed packages
and talked till late at night.

The next night was characterized by loads of flashes and bangs outside,
which made me nervous. So we chose a quieter route to walk in the
afternoon. The next day all was quiet and back to normal again, and so
we went for a really nice and long walk. That time of year is called
Christmas and New Year's by the humans. Strange time, but nothing
spectacular for me.

Following that we went to that fitness center thing again, where a man
helped Chris understand the various strange machines where she made
strange moves and I lay down beside her. One day she wanted to go again,
this time with the big boss, but she was in pain and called the sister,
who picked us up and took us to a place where we were escorted into a
small room with a lady in it called a doctor. She talked to Chris, moved
her arm, and then another lady called nurse came, drew blood and mixed
some medication with it to pump it back inside Chris' body, while sister
Suse was curiously watching.
That pain caused Chris and me to stay home for two days, she sick and me
relaxed, and then came the tennis vacation.

However, Chris didn't spend all of her time in front of the TV and
didn't record things either, but one day we took a taxi to have Chris'
eyes checked, and another day she packed the backpack and we took taxi,
train, train, taxi.
A man picked us up and walked a dog route with us I had never seen, then
took us to an office, where we and yet another man sat and lay down, I
slept and they talked forever. I mean really forever, it took 2.5 hours
until they moved and the man took us to a furniture that looks like the
one we have at home. There he showed and explained to Chris details she
hadn't known, and then we went by car again. There - believe it or not -
we met Mr Mylove!

I never knew we were to see Mr Mylove, but there he was, tok us inside
the office, where another man greeted Chris and we went by bus all of
us. I hate bus rides, I want streetcars!

We stayed with Mr Mylove, watched football and tennis, went shopping and
for long walks and relaxed a lot. Chris enjoyed being near him and I
enjoyed playing and being silly. And once we were back at home, it was
time to go to work, which meant that tennis time was over. Chris' Rafa
man was the second best, but she wasn't disappointed.

Sister Suse showed up at work, and I ran to greet and play with her.
Chris had a bad word with Suse and told her to ignore me. Also she puts
my leash around her leg so I cannot speed off and greet the sister. Why
that is I don't know, for playing with the sister is such fin.
I do get to play with her after work, and then we either run and jump,
or she throws a stick for me. Lately she brings a rope ring, with which
the three of us play, but at work I have to ignore the sister, and she
has to ignore me, and we both suffer. However, I can still kiss Daniel
on wheels - his face appears to always need cleaning.

Now, is this a speedy update or what? I need to mention that we did go
to the fitness center with the big boss after all, and that we met
another friend at the furniture store, and that another friend was
visiting, and now we are back to normal.
Byebye, Yours, Quito.
