Another baby encounter

Hi all humans and woofers:

Well you know, there's not extremely much to tell you, except that on
Sunday first Chris and I went for a longer walk, and then when mom was
there in the afternoon, we expanded that walk even more. But apart from
that it's always the same. Either Chris is at work with me, or she
watches TV and I sleep at home. There's not only tennis showing, but
also football. Oho, somebody give me a ball to play with!

Well I did have the baby Hapoo to play with today. All of the sudden she
was with the cousin and came to greet me and Chris. Chris says she has
grown, and I also think so. Chris says she will be a gigantic Hovawart.
Well if she continues to grow as fast as she does now, then I can see
that her prediction is right - Chris' prediction that is.

Well, Quito and I were let into the service center off leash, and I
showed the people how a good dog can jump and play. We then went into
the quieter back office, where Quito again hit her nose at the glass
door, silly baby, I thought she had remembered from the previous
encounter with the invisible door. I am not that stupid anymore I even
stop when the door is open, to make sure Chris knows something might be
there. It is completely made of glass, except the door handle, but one
can overlook that easily, I understand Quito has a point here.

In the cafeteria, I had to stay on leash, while Quito could run and
explore. But we went outside again, Quito and her mom, and I and Chris.
O I showed the baby how to run really fast, and I even managed to jump
over her, she's still so tiny. And Chris told her not to bite her
fingers or my bag with the yummy Hapoo treats. And Chris says Quito is
clever for sure, and so soft. Of course, she's a baby, and I have to
watch out that she remembers who is the boss. That tiny naughty one
tried to stand up and put her paw on my head - mind you! I certainly
showe4d her who was the faster and stronger one.

But when Chris called me and put me in harness, she says I was a really
great girl given the woofer distraction. I think I can be pretty proud
of myself. In the evening when we walked into the kitchen, I thought I'd
meet Quito there, but she was gone. I didn't see that, because Chris and
I were teaching one of our bosses English. O well, it's allright.
Only at night I ate something off the gorund on the evening walk I
shouldn't have eaten, but I walked Chris home safely and stopped for all
the bikers and lights and all. I think I made up for my little nogo
then.
And now it is time for bed, Chris says we will go to the city tomorrow
with mom, cheers, Hapoo.

Another woofer baby

Hi all:
Here I am, and first of all I have to tell you that we are not going to
work - again. Chris says she took off so she can watch the final stages
of that tennis turnament in peace and quiet. It's true, when it starts
she goes and sits down in front of the TV. She has started to write the
scores again, or the stores or the shores. Since I don't know what a
scoreis, I am just a little confused. You cannot write a store or a
shore, but maybe I come up with a more plausible solution.

Anyway, this morning after she finally moved out of her bed, we went
outside and I spotted the little dog ahead of me. The one holding his
leash was not as fast as the dog, so he and I started to play, and they
both freed us of our leashes. It was such fun to play with that little
woofer. Chris says he will remain rather small, his name is Rudi Jack
Russel or so, I'm not sure one tiny dog can have so many names. But I
think I can get to liking these tiny woofers, especially when they are
playful. The little one is far bouncier that tiny Quito, and he loves to
jump up on me. I am fairly calm, but sometimes I do tell him off. Well,
the dog and the man left too soon, and so Chris and I continued on our
route. Maybe we can meet up again and play?
Cheers, Hapoo.

What is Quito???

Hi all:

I am going to tell you about a unique day at work, this much is for
sure. Yesterday Chris and I went to work as usual. She only took me
upstairs to get rid of her bag and leave my harness upstairs, then
Petra, the cool lady, and her and I went downstairs so I could run free.
I had a bit of grass, and then I saw the cousin ahd somebody else and a
tiny tiny dog aproaching. I thought of chasing the dog away, but Petra
and Chris got on their knees and called the dog very friendly, and the
tiny one immediately flopped over on her back and put her tiny paws in
the air. I sniffed her out and we both decided to be friends. She is
such a tiny pupy baby. She wanted to test whether I am her mom, but I
don't think I am. We ran a little and played, and Chris said the tiny
one was so cute. They all call her Quito. We then went upstairs into the
office, where the humans let the tiny one run free, but I had to behave.
But when we went to the back office where it is quieter, Chris let me
go, and the twh of us played again. I think I can get used to Quito.
She's fun to play with. At one point I must have been too rough, so she
squeaked and I backed off, and then she didn't want to play with me for
a while. But I had to make sure both she and Chris were allright, so I
tried to make her go near Chris. She was even allowed into the dining
area with us, where she took a nap in the middle of the noise and
motion, right under the table, while I kept my eyes open. We also
visited my spot, where I stay while Chris is working on the phone, and
little Quito immediately lay down on my royal bed. I tried to get her
off it very gently, but she didn't want. And when Chris called her off,
I preferred playing with her to occupying my bed. I even shared my water
with her.

People at work were so nice. They always made sure to pet both of us,
and Chris also gave me loads of pets and told me I was a good girl. I
think I was, and I had a lot of fun at work. But then work started, and
we went into the small room with three other folks, where Chris tried to
teach them English. When we came out of there, Quito and the cousin and
the other lady were gone, and routine had us back.

I am not sure what it is about the new little one, why she was brought
into work. I thought I was the only dog allowed there, but they must
have made an exception for Quito as well. Chris says she has named her
Quito because of one of the tennis men. Don't ask me, that story is too
complicated for me. It is enough I know the story behind my name. Maybe
when Quito is oldr and smarter, Chris will tell her and she will tell
you.

Cheers for the moment, Hapoo.
