The week abroad

Hello everybody:
Well it takes a bit of time these days, but now I've managed, and here
goes the report about the week abroad.

O had mentioned it before, for one week Chris and I were abroad. She is
smiling at me, for we weren't abroad, just in another city, the Big
Berlin. Okay, it wasn't abroad, because people spoke that same human
language I am most familiar with. Anyway, one morning Chris and I went
to the train station, and there we met a lady I didn't know. She took
the same train as we did, and she also helped us find our way to the
furniture store. Looks like there are furniture stores wherever we go.
Again, like some times before, we took the entrance that takes us up the
stairs, and that means the office rooms. There we were greeted by a
person I didn't know, but of course, because I am with Chris, everybody
knows her. And then came the lady who always talks on the phone with
Chris with somebody else, and then we finally walked into a room where
we met two other ladies. The door was closed, and then the talking
began, only interrupted by a lunch break, duriing which Chris also met a
person she'd been talking on the phone with.

After that long meeting the three ladies, including our companion on the
way to the store, said goodbye, and the lady manager took Chris and
myself to the small office where we met a few people. One man filled in
forms for Chris, and then he and a lady took us to the apartment. the
walk was nice, and I managed to do my business there - how wonderful!

While Chris got familiar with the apartment layout, I also looked
around, but I didn't go into the kitchen, I promise! Chris says that is
the difference between me and Hapoo. Hapoo never looke around, but lay
in the middle and watched Chris, or followed her closely. I want to know
where I am at, so will also look around, like I had done at Mr Mylove's
place together with him.

At night a good friend came, who had met up with us at home, and she
played with me and let me dance and jum outside - how wonderful. We went
through the store, of course, to buy a few items for the humans. And
then it was really time to sleep.

The next few days were all office and work, although Chris and I changed
rooms more than at home, and once we went out and the humans ad food
somewhere away from the store. There was lots of talking, and one night
Chris met another lady I didn't know. But she was very kind, she gave me
lots of treats and let me look at her closely. She took us for a long
walk at night, which I really enjoyed.

One day started as usual, and then after work we went by taxi to a train
station, from were we only went a few stops, then got off and met Chris'
friend who doesn't like dogs much, and her mother, We spent a few very
nice days with the friend, during which Chris relaxed loads, and we went
for nice walks. But honestly, I was quite happy to e back home, so I
could slleep in my own bed and enjoy the familiarity of the place. I can
tell you that what followed next was holiday time, but we were a litte
active then, too.
Allright, I am off again, work is calling, cheers, Quito.

I am alive!

Hello all you impatient woofs and humans:

Before you read on, I need to disappoint you. Chris tells me I only have
time to tell you that I am alive and kicking, that the last weeks were
quite busy, and that I will hopefilly have the chance to write more
details very soon.
At first Chris was very busy working at another place than the usual
one, then we had a weekend with the friend, and then we spent some time
at home with Chris trying to relax.
Now her mind is busy again with work issues, which is why she won't let
me on the keys, unfortunately.

I will try to tell her to let me type very soon, but not tonight, as we
will be going to see Daniel on wheels at his apartment. I like the toute
there, because I can take Chris straight to the door all by myself, and
that really rocks. And I can also take her back home all by myself -
that rocks, too.
Cheers for now and keep well, Quito.
