Hello friends:
For the past few days we had visitors. First friend Bianka arrived, Chris and I picked her up at the train station one night. And about 1.5 days later somebody else arrived, a man who had been here with us before, some time in summer. But it looks like he was not here for us this time, but instead for Chris' friend. He slept in the living room last night, which caused me not to drink my water. I only did so when Chris finally came out of the bedroom.
Yesterday, however, was nice. In the afternoon we went to the city. While Chris and Semi-Shadow (to her friend, of course) were inside a shop Chris goes to very often with mom, friend Bianka and I stayed outside. And in the evening we walked longer than usual. First along the field route, then a part of the Romantic Route, and then Chris took the harness, and we walked part of the route to the train station. In the meantime Semi-Shadow slept

It's strange: The men I know and that carry any for of the name Shadow, are not too fond of dogs. Bianka isn't either, but at least she joins us on the routes. This morning she did so, too, and we also walked longer than we thought.
I bet Chris is planning to go see Shadow some time in the not too far away future. That probably means that I have to go to the kennell again. That's allright, as long as I get another lively dog to play with.
Allright folks, this is me finished with all my very latest news. I will keep you in touch as much as I can, Yours, Hapoo.

Hi friends:
Shadow finally, finally kicked Chris in the back side, so she lets me use her computer to continue my blog.
I don't know what happened to her, but lately she only wanted it for herself - shame on her! It's unfair, for I would have so many things to tell you!
Did you know, for example, that Shadow was here a week ago? We went to pick him up and waited for him in a bakery store. Same old thing, Chris ate something and made me sleep under the table. But she did not mind me getting up when Shadow arrived. I did not bark, I just waved my tale and waited for his greeting pet. But of course, what do you expect when Chris is so happy to see him? Her joy is mine, and her anger, at least when I cause it, is my pain!
The train ride to see Shadow was a little different though: Chris usually sits somewhere quietly and waits till it is time to get off. This time in both trains she found people to talk to. It must have been particularly interesting on the second train. I just gathered that she had a conversation with somebody who worked with the soldiers. Don't ask me anything about soldiers, I don't even know what makes them different from other people.
At sister's wedding a long time ago there was another man Chris called soldier, but he was nice and even took care of me while Chris was busy playing music. I didn't smell anything different on him than on any other person.
Of course, non of the people smells as familiar as Chris, or maybe mom, and Shadow, when he is there.

Something else was different: On the way back home Shadow is usually tired and falls asleep after he as chatted a bit with Chris. This time he was full of stories and kept on talking. Chris did not mind, she enjoyed listening. And then we did not go straight home, but they first took me to a Greek restaurant, had loads of smelly food, gave me a bowl of water, and then we went home. And there everything was the same as always - Chris walked me while Shadow relaxed, they had a bit to eat and then soon Shadow got tired.
And I will tell you the rest as soon as Chris lets me use her keyboard, that is a promise, yours, Hapoo.

Hello friends:
I am sorry I was not able to write any earlier, but Chris never bothered to come to her PC these past two days or so. Instead she was spending her time sitting by her TV and recorder, listening to a book on tape. I guess she and Shadow would have had a good time together, him reading his paper books and her reading her tape books.
And since she never switched on her PC I could not write on it:-(
And then a dog has to have her secrets - I won't tell you everything we did these days. Yesterday we went to go shopping near the city train station, and Chris and her nephew attached me outside, where I was left barking while they were collecting the grocary in the warm dry store. It really got cold now!
And have I told you that Shadow is coming? Some time soon he should be arriving, at least Chris talks about it all the time, and when she does she gets such a happy voice!
Let's keep our fingers crossed the visit will be a good, happy and very long one, you have a wonderful day wherever you are in this round world, yours, Hapoo.
