A lot of things!!!

Hello woofs, humans and all others:

I know I have not been posting lately. And the truth is, it is all
Chris' fault, of course. Recently, or not so recently anymore, she has
been blocking
the computer, and I simply had no chance to get my paws on the keys. And
when I would have had the chance, she switched it off, or she told me
there was
no time now, because she was busy talking on her telephone.

What happened? Well I think I told you that Mr Sun is in our lives now,
primarily in hers, of course. But before I got to meet him, I met with
the big boss,
and we went to the beach. He is not visiting so often anymore, but at
least we can meet every now and then, and that's a lot of fun and joy
usually.

Then Chris packed the bags, took me with her, and we went by streetcar.
We then met the sister and her dog named Krause, and before I could
realise it Chris
was gone, and I was playing in the garden with the fellow dog. Chris did
not return for quite a few days, but it did not matter so much. The
sister taught
me how to run along the bicycle, and we played in the garden and ran
outside and at Micki's place a lot.

And when Chris finally returned, she smelled strange, like she had been
to a completely different house for all this time. Apparently she was,
and she told
everybody that being with Mr Sun was fantastic.

Chris sometimes puts the keyboard so that I don't know what the keys are
telling me, and she calls that Russian. Okay, she says it is just
another language,
like English, which I have learnt to type and of course understand.
After all, I am quite a capable spy. From then on I also heard another
voice on the
phone when Chris talked with Mr Sun. She later explained that that is
his mother, and she also speaks Russian. Why does she do that? Does she
not want
me to listen to what she and Chris have to tell each other? Chris
insists that that is not the case, but that Mr Sun's mom doesn't know
German or English,
so she has to speak Russian. Russian Russian, why is that when Chris was
in the Hebrew country? Oh those languages can sometimes be confusing!

We then went back to work, saw Daniel and the sister Suse, of course,
and all other people I liked. One time also Mis Angie came to visit, and
the ladies
spent all that time on the balcony talking. Then we also had three other
visitors who brought quite some equipment. Some light was installed and
some other
stuff I had no idea about. Chris explained that that was a camera and a
sound recorder, and with these and the extra lights they were going to
make a film,
a little tiny film they call clip, about Chris on the computer.

Then finally, finally, I saw Mr Sun. He approached us as we were waiting
for a long time on the streetcar platform. I wanted to look at him, but
he first
wanted to give Chris a big hug, but then also gave me a pet or two. And
then we waited some more until we took the streetcar home. Mr Sun came
with us.

Chris showed him the apartment, and then they had supper and I got my
food. The next morning first thing all three of us went on the morning
walk, which
I love. Mr Sun later said that he also liked the Quito walks a lot. And
then the two started to clean. Chris vacuumed the apartment with that
noisy machine
I don't like so much, and Mr Sun cleaned something on the balcony. Then
came Angie with a cake, and the three of them talked outside until Angie
had to
leave. A bit later I was left alone, and Chris and Mr Sun came back
together with Lena and Krause, the cool dog. Then Micki also came, and
the ladies unpacked
quite a few things. Chris received flowers, Micki made coffee and
brought cake, and Chris had also made some cake herself. Then the
doorbell rang again,
Chris disappeared and came back upstairs with Daniel on additional legs,
not on wheels. Daniel brought a bottle of whine, and when the doorbell
rang again,
Max from work arrived and brought some sweets that only Chris will eat.
In the morning Mr Sun and his mom had also given her presents: Something
for the
kitchen I have no idea about, because the kitchen is a nogo for Quito
paws, and two rings for the ears, of which Chris and Micki think that
they are very
beautiful. And she says Mr Sun gave them to her. She is wearing them now
whenever she is going out. And because they are made of gold they don't
bother
her ears at all.

They talked and talked and watched tennis, even Micki relaxed, and then
Max and Daniel left. Micki and Lena helped Chris clean up, while she
went downstairs
and gave Daniel his wheelchair, which she had locked away in the
basement. Mr Sun called his mom, who was not at home either, but she
spent time at the
salty sea where Chris will never take me, she says. This day was Chris'
birthday again, and she says she had a most wonderful day and enjoyed
all of it.
Mr Sun says he likes the German summer climate much more than that in
the Hebrew country, where it is very warm. He also says he likes our
apartment, which
made Chris feel relieved. And he also likes my very own bed, because it
is so luxurious.

We finally took him backk to the train station, where Chris and he said
goodbye. That was strange: We boarded the train, but Chris did not tell
me to park
(meaning to lie down under the seat and sleep). Instead she kissed Mr
Sun goodbye, and we took the next door back onto the platform. And then
that very
nice lady took us back to the streetcar, and we went home. And there we
are back on our own, and Mr Sun is talking through telephone and
computer again.
And when we go to work there is no sight of sister Suse either.
Recently, Chris has been checking a lot of websites and talked with
Micki. I don't know
what about, but it was partly very serious talk. Now I think we are
going out with Martina and the human baby. I want to know if I can play
jump and romp
with him now or if I have to be careful again. Chris says no way
romping, he is still very very little and vulnerable, and I'd better
behave. And tomorrow
we will go out with Angie and Daniel for what they call the girls'
night. Allright, that will be a lot of fun, provided I need not lie in
the heat of the
sun all the time.

Byebye for now, I hope you enjoyed reading my update, Yours, Quito.
