We are adventurous!

Hello once again,
see, when there are two in the apartment, you can expect to have more
work to do than before - and I love it!
One of the days Mr Sun and Chris and I walked to the streetcar and got
on, becase Micki was already waiting for us. We rode a few stops and
then went into an office - that is Chris and Micki did, and I was
supposed to stay with Mr Sun. And while I like his presence, I don't
like to stay with him when Chris is gone - the real authority - you know?
But fortunately, the ladies returned very soon. We took the streetcar
home, very briefly went up to the apartment, where Chris had apparently
forgotten something. And then bac to that administration building, where
again Mr Sun and I were left outside. I don't like to be left outside,
so I cried and firmly had my eyes on the door where Chris had
disappeared behind without me. But when she returned she did not let me
display the full extent of my joy, but instead we walked outside, the
humans had coffee and cake, and then we really went back home. Micki did
not come this time, so it was just us.
A few days later we went to the city, found Chris' bank and there the
humans talked with a lady in a nice quiet room. The lady helped them
fill in papers or whatever, and then we left and found a place for human
food, which both humans liked. And only then did we return. We found a
card in the mailbox, which apparently informed Chris that some packages
were left somewhere for her.
Chris had no idea how to pick up the packages, so she had to wait till
the next morning to find out where exactly the package was left.
Fortunately Suse came, I did not meet her that time, and she and Chris
picked up the packages. I have no idea why again they did not take me
with them, so I stayed with Mr sun and guarded the door. But this time I
did not cry, for at least I was at home. One of the mornings Chris
received a food delivery and realized that they had forgotten cheese. So
we went into the supermarket, where a nice man helped us shop. That is
he went with Chris, and I stayed with Mr Sun. Fortunately, they only
took some five minutes or so to go shopping, so Chris returned soon. We
left the place and Chris wanted to go into a certain direction, so I did
go there. Soon, fortunately, she found that we were wrong, so se asked
two ladies, who were both very helpful, and eventually they managed to
navigate us to the main street, from where we managed to go home. The
weather was fortunately fantastic.
One other night we were invited at Daniel's place, where it was really
nice, onlythe both humans were very tired.
Today Micki came, we picked her up at the near train station, and then
later we took her to the streetcar stop. She is going to something like
a concert, so she will stay with us in the night and Chris has promised
a wonderfully luxurious breakfast.
Wonderful, I like Micki.
Chris says she will have to go to work on Monday morning, and then I
will get to see all the wonderful people again - that's fine with me!
Have a good night all, Yours on the move, Quito.

What a strange day!!!

Oho peoples, woofs and sunbeams, I have to tell you a story!
You know, whever Chris cleans the apartment like there is no tomorrow,
there is something major going to happen very soon.
She did this at one point last wee, and never stopped, until she lay
down on the couch and slept a little. Before that, however, we had gone
to the train station, once to the northern side to go into the flower
shop and return with an arm full of boring grass. Then straight through
to the southern side. I showed Chris the exit, but she made me return
and we went into the bakery. There she ordered some food and coffee for
herself, and a wonderfully nice lady helped her find a good space for
both of us and the food. Soon after another lady joined us. She also has
a dog, and she did not mind me smelling her pants all the time. And soon
after the wonderful Martina arrived. She took Chris and me to the
streetcar, after Chris had given her some of the grass called flowers.
Humans are strange, they really like those things a lot.

We returned home and finally did nothing, until the doorbell rang and a
man came I had never seen before, or at least I don't remember. He is
Chris' nephew, and she likes him a lot. He slept on the couch in the
livingroom and distracted Chris from being nervois. In the morning they
had breakfast, and then we all took the nephew's car. And when we
stopped, I saw my big and cool buddy Krause with Lena, and the other
lady friend called Bianka. Bianka joined us, and then the nephew, as
Chris told people later, took them to the hairdresser's.

What followed next I only had to spy about, as I wasn't there. A lady
attended to Chris, made her hair beautiful and coloured her face, and
then helped her wear a dress and more accessories. Lady Bianka also had
her hair done, and then they were picked up by the great Lene, who took
them in her car to a different place. They called that car a wedding
car, as it had lots of decoration everywhere. A man took lots of
pictures in the sun with Chris, and there she met Mr Sun. And then she
met Micki who gave her lots of flowers. And then she met the sisters,
Martina and the other lady called Bianca, and Mr Sun's family from the
warm sully country. And then they al went into a room with a lady
interpreter, and then it was all about Chris and Mr Sun. And then they
had more photos, and then they went into the wedding car, this time
Lene, Micki and Mr Sun and Chris. They say they are married now. And
when I finally met them, I did not get the chance to greet Chris,
somebody took me to the lawn to play there. But Chris was wearing a big,
long, huge, white dress, I could not even smell her legs!
And then there were so many people - incredible! There were more photos,
more handshakes and hugs and kisses, and then Chris and Mr Sun had to
cut a tree to get into the house. They had great fun with this, and
everybody was amazed at how fast they managed. And then they all went
into a set of rooms, where it smelled so wonderfully like food! I, of
course, was not given anything that Chris is aware of - because I
wouldn't tell anyway - and then Chris and Mr Sun cut the huge, big cake,
with beautiful Alexandra's help, and presented the first piece to Micki.
And then everybody received a piece. Then I stayed with many people,
among them with great Sergey, Mr Sun's brother. His friend the tall
beautiful one also came, and talked with loads of people. We also saw
the nice ophtalmologist and the lovely nurses, Chris was really happy
they could make it. And there were so many people to play with!
At the end I stayed with Bianca, the lovely lady with the interesting
trousers. She is really wonderful, and so is Martina.

First Chris and Mr Sun let balons fly, they flew high and then got
tangled in a tree, where they will stay forever now, I suppose.
And then Chris took the flower bouquet which she had received from
Micki, and threw it at people. Silvi, anoher great friend, caught it,
and they say she is going to marry next. And then I went with Daniel and
Micki and one other lady and Chris went with someone else. We went into
a nice place where the humans started to have food. First, however, the
great brother of Mr Sun's, Sergey, had to deal with a car accident he
was involved in, but then they all finally arrived, and again I was
handed to people - I stayed with everybody once I felt. Only when the
food was gone, I thought I should go back home with Chris, but she
handed me over to Lena, and so Lena and I and Bianka went outside and
home, and we went for a wonderfully relaxed walk with Krause to the river.

Chris says she and Mr Sun were taken home by the great friend who had
provided the music, and she first looked at postcards, Mr Sun helped her
get out of the gigantic dress, and then they went to sleep.I think this
must have been their day in one way or another, everybody was happy for
them, and everybody congratulated them and gave them presents, which
were taken over to our place, too. And there were so many flowers! Only
the one Bianca brought me food, nobody else thought of me! I saw the
wonderfully adventurous Silke and her husband, great Ilka and her
boyfriend, Martina and baby Mika, many nephews and nieces I don't
remember, and many, many more. I still don't know why Chris had to wear
such an immensely big white dress! There was one girl who carried the
end of it, and she had to walk a meter behind Chris and the wonderful Mr
Sun.

I returned to Chris and Mr Sun the next day - oh what a relief! Only the
mutualy ignored Bianka and another lady called Silvia went with us, and
so I could lie down and finally rest and sleep and dream of all the
people and impressions and events and dog walks.
Thanks to everybody for this day, Yours, Quito in the married family.

Busy busy times!

Hi everything out there!
You know, whenever times are eventful, Chris doesn't let me type on the
computer. But now that we have had a slightly lively night, we have some
time before we go to work.
So I need to begin where - oh so many things have happened!
Okay, I remember that one morning Chris put me in harness and we went to
the city. The sun was shining and the weather beautiful, and after a bit
of waiting we saw sister Suse and the niece Lena. She took me and played
with me, and we went to that store where Chris and Suse had bought the
dress and other things. They bought something more in a box, but I have
no idea what it is about. Chris says she managed to get a discount,
quite a huge one, because the ladies are so friendly.
We then went into a small store, where Chris found a dress for herself -
well Suse found it, of course. Then we went into the huge store, on
escalators and upstairs. There Lena, the great, finally discovered that
I had injured one of my claws. I don't say a thing, because I am strong,
I'm a surviver! Suse mended it as good as she could, but then we went
shopping some more, and Lena made sure I did not lick the claw. Boy did
it hurt! But we dogs are tough!
Into another store and yet another one, and then we went back home,
Chris and I. And then the disgusting spray came into action. As I
couldn't help licking my claw, she applied the spray which I absolutely
don't like to lick, and she did so permanently, so that I had to leave
the claw in peace.
Two days later Daniel the great took us to the vet, and the lady doctor
wrapped the paw in a shoe, after she had cut the part of hte claw that
had been pointing skywards. But the next morning, when we were at work,
I had lost the shoe, and the spray was used again. In the afternoon we
went to the vet's yet again, and the other doctor there gave Chris a
shoe to put on my leg for the next couple of days. That she did, and at
one point I even brought her the shoe when we were about to go out. I
think I am very patient with Chris generally, and she says that I am a
really good girl.
Once the claw caused no more trouble, I got my mouth into things on the
ground I shouldn't have eaten. I kept Chris alert with some diarhea. One
night she had to get up and clean the corridor, for I couldn't keep it,
and then she made sure to take me outside whenever I requested so. And
because I, too, had to suffer, in her opinion, I was fed potatoe once,
which I hate, and then rice came into the food bowl. Okay I ate it
twice, but then no more, so Chris added carrot, which I liked. But now
please, give me my food back!
Chris does but only in very little portions!
She is very nervous and excited about that one big day. She says dogs
don't get married, and it's all about her and Mr Sun, and not about me.
Okay then, when is my big day?
She says she hadn't set it on purpose, but my birthday is on the day she
is marrying - marrying merry Mary - oh no, Mr Sun, but what is that
marrying about? She says I will see it when it's the time, and I
shouldn't bug her with questions.
But hey, I am a curious dog!
She says my curiosity got me my diarhea, and so from now on I will go on
the dog walk at work on flexible leash - boring!
Have a good time everything, Yours, adventurous Quito.
